Thai-Style Massage

Thai-style massage follows traditional Thai massage principles in working the acupressure points along your sen lines to release blockages and restore the free flow of energy leaving you feeling more balanced - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This massage is carried out on the floor, so a soft but supportive mat is used, together with thin pillows to support your head and legs. It is an unusual but fabulous experience and leaves you relaxed and tension free.

Top tip: our Thai-style massage is applied over clothing, so be sure to wear something loose and comfortable.

Dry Floatation

As a 25 minute dry float is the equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep you may often find us sneaking a quick ‘power nap’ on the dry float! 180 litres of warm water supports and envelops you as you float weightlessly without getting wet (you only need to remove your shoes). The calming music, soft lights and gentle drifting remove all tension and strain from your muscles and joints. This is now one of our most popular treatments and comes highly recommended!

An exotic treatment from Asia based on the principles of eastern ShiTao massage, elemental warmth and aromatherapy essences to create an unusual and incredibly relaxing experience. Using smooth, hot volcanic stones and warm oil, warmth radiates throughout your body as the pressure point massage and active, fragrant ingredients start to dissolve tension and stress. Starting with the feet we continue up the body ending with a luxurious facial massage. The warmth of the stones, amazing fragrance from the Green Tea, Ginseng and Gingko and the long massage combine to create the perfect antidote to stress.

This is totally indulgent treatment for those who love massages. We begin with hot towels around your feet, steeped in mineral salts and essential oils to match your chosen oil blends. This provides instant relaxation and prepares you for your massage whilst the essential oil properties are gently absorbed through the pores of the feet to work their holistic magic. We work the whole body including the feet, face, hands and scalp using a choice of one of our exceptional oil blends gently warmed to soothe the muscles. All the major and minor muscle groups are massaged to relieve tension and encourage detoxification.
